we made tamales in cooking class yesterday...good fun...and then we ate them with a little of the salsa we had made the day before. que rico.here are a few pics from that action.

we took our corn husks and filled them with the corn dough and beans and then folled them and tied them with strips of the husks.
they were cooked in a steamer for an hour - when done zack plated them and away we went.
a little messy...oh well...
