i tried to stay in bed today and get some extra sleep but that fuckin' bed is a disaster. today was/is my first day off of school - besides weekends - since i got here and i needed it.
i met with emily and elizabeth - the women who run the tours for en via - and we talked about some ways they could make some money for en via and how i, and some others i will enlist, could help them out with this - with some money for sure, but also with our collective talents - mine being the bringing together of people and a little computer juggling.
anyhow...
we met at the organic market, ate some food and shot the shit. it was good...until the crazy guy came around and just stared at us...we left shortly after.
i'm going out to dinner with richard and pattie tonight to a swank joint called casa oaxaca...and this may be my last meal with richard as he heads home to california to do a few days of work and then come back, but won't be back until i leave or am gone. we may just pass each other in the carport. so it will be nice to sit and eat one last time with him - at least the last time this time out. i'm hoping pattie and i will have at least one more meal before i leave next saturday...
i hope you all had a wicked day...
