ok..it was an entertaining game, i guess...but i have to admit i was getting bored near ther end, and then it went south with the canucks winning. but at least it was over. maybe not bored, but i needed it to be over so i could get to bed or do something or watch something else. a weak goal off the glass was the difference and the naslund goal should never have happened-they got away with one there to be sure...fuck it, hopefully they'll be golfing soon enough.
my camera has gone down for the count again. i just don't have the hands i once did and i have dropped it once again. but also, it came flying out of my hoodie pocket the other day outside fennie's and has never been the same. it's hooped. done. it makes very strange sounds when it is turned on and the lens makwes this crazy cracking tick tick sound..hard to explain. i'm afraid i'm gonna have to now steal my other camera back from riel which i know is a bummer for her but, well, i need to take some pics...for my mental health...
yesterday was a busy one....a run to point roberts to mail a green garbis industries bag to sheryl in los gatos and to pick-up some sunglasses mishi had ordered online, after smuggling the glasses and mailing the bag i headed back to granville island and dropped off the glasses and started making phone calls to muffler shops for the companion's car. in the end i took it to the shop and cut out a section of her muffler and replaced it with some flex. metal so it doesn't sound like a hopped-up asian kid's honda civic cruising number three road in richmond after school. i also changed her spark plugs and wires and gave it a little clean. runs like a new car-oh, and i got her lights to work in the dash...i am pretty terrific...yup.
i saw al yesterday as well at the shop. which was good because i actually forgot my keys and couldn't get in once i got there. i'm an idiot. he's a good man that al. i told him i was a little choked that i am the only 'member' of that shop who has not worked in the last four months. i think whatever comes along next i'm going to take it and not let my love of BOC get in the way. i would much rather work there with those guys but if tony calls first with work or someone else, i'm a goner. i need to work and i'm not going to let feelings get in the way. i may actually start applying for regular jobs soon. jobs with the city holding a sign, 2010, etc...like it matters where you work really, it doesn't. ok.
gonna go cut a few lawns today and see what's what. lawn order may be a joke that's gone too far but it gets me outside.
have fun today.

Sorry you feel that the Canucks shouldn't have won but I say the Stars were lucky to even get the 4 they did score. They were lucky the Canucks didn't run them out of town by the midway of the second period. It was only in the overtime did the game become close and really entertaining. Plus it was better then watching American Idol or something along that style.
well, spiny you must have been watching a different game than i was watching. all day today on sports shows they were talking of how the canucks were lucky not to have lost. we'll see...sure i want the canucks to lose but, really, i couldn't give a shit....skating millionaires....they're all pricks.
