walk it off....

so after having a little relax at my place after the fall i felt a little better...i had tickets to see sparklehorse so i knew i would have to leave the house for that so i may as well get in that mode...i was feeling a little tight so i decided to walk to topanga for dinner just to loosen myself up and hope my back didn't get completely fucked. it was fine-the walk and when i got there don bull-who had offered me heavy duty drugs to ease my pain was there...i had had such a complete shiteater of a day that i thought, 'the way things are going to day i could expire before it's all over..so fuck it! i'm having cheese...!'...so i did...and i will pay. yes. i will pay. but it was good. don told me to take some drugs and then take some more at 4 a.m. just to be sure...well, i did neither actually, i'm just fighting through it. around noon i'm sure that will change....
after dinner it was off to sparklehorse at dicks on dick's. i had seen him/them before years ago at the starfish room and was kinda excited to see them again. probably one of my favorite 'acts'...and, while the show was a short one, i was satisfied. i don't need no freakin' three hour bruce springsteen extravaganza anymore..the companion came with me and we met-up with the network who loves the sparklehorse as well....at the end we ran into k-win and danielle-danielle who was at the templeton earlier in the day and had been right there when i did my stair dance.
i had a pretty good sleep considering my bac was sore and today i feel it but i'll be fine-so thanks for all the cards and lertters and i don't think there will be a need for any sort of telethon...
