shauna's pal, lia, is in town with her husband wade, and her two kids, aurora and cohen...so i had the pleasure of having breakfast with lia and the kids yesterday...they seemed a little tired from their trip out west, the kids did, but i have to say, what a good couple of kids...right up there with half-gay lemay's kid, raine. ploite, funny, well-behaved, ...nice. we had a snack at finch's with them...cohen had a face full of jam by the end of it.i then headed to granville island to hang out with mishi. we had soup, some coffee, saw lindsay, made fun of tourists - the usual.
i hung out a little with the propellor kids, made (yet) another shelf thingy for above the washer dryer, moved a couch from emilie's to shauna's office and then went and met craig in orth van., before our hockey game, for a taco at the red burrito.
then it was time to play out last game in div. 3 before we get moved up to div. 2 next week...i'm not looking forward to that....my back is so sore right now i'm barely holding it together out there...although last night i potted a couple but they were fairly lucky in the right place kinda goals...it was good bombing last night.
after the game corie, katherine and i made our way to barney's on granville and had a late night snack...i was hungry....and then it was off to bed as the garbs and i re meeting up with bobbie and going to move so furniture today down on marine drive...wicked! three guys in the front seat of the element all the way to marine and byrne road....tight.

gails showed us her back. i believe, but not sure, it's called 'cupping. a doc. (sure...) put hot glass cups on your back and they suck out the toxins....nice look.
gaile seems pretty happy about it.
