while making tonight's carne asada tacos - guac, salsa, etc...i thought i'd kill two birds and make some mac and cheese at the same time and once i had the macaroni cooked i started in on the cheese sauce that i would bake it in...all was well until i accidentally hit the pot's handle and it was ass over tea kettle and all over the stove...good times.
in the end it's all good...but not a great clean-up experience.
at least i have some food for the week upcoming...nice.
