lovely.

so...i knew it was coming but, all at once?
my apartment in gastown had a special assessment done for some stuff that needed to be fixed and i was and am all cool with that - part of owning a place...but, as i was doing my taxes the other day a bunch of stuff was missing so i thought i'd give my tenants in gastown - who are wicked - and ask them if there was any mail there for me...yup...sure was...including the bill for the special assessment...so i'm going out right now to write a few cheques that have been backing up...no dinners out for a while i think...i won't say how much because it's kind of embarrassing but, i could buy two nice flat screens tvs instead and feel the same pinch...like 50" units...lol. oh well..
so taxes, special thingy, etc...all today. good times.
here i go...
