years ago r.e.m's michael stipe was the mumbler. most of their early records you couldn't really make out what the hell he was saying, sure bits and pieces but mostly jibberish. well, there's a new mumbler in town - that guy from the shins. and i noticed it a while ago but now he has a new side project called broken bells and while i may have to delete most of the songs i have as they're a little too hippie for me, there are a couple that are decent, but what the fuck is he saying?
