so i am getting, slowly, into the swing of things now that i'm back in the big city. i have a cold or something that's making my head feel huge and congected-good times. it came on around mt. shasta and is hanging in there. the clothes have been washed and out away now, the car washed and a meal at topanga has been had. so almost back to normal.
speaking of back to normal, i hit the town yesterday afternoon with the garbs and headed to savory island for a sandwich and such. i had the chicken basil sandwich-but they were outta basil. garbs had a meat pie. later on in choices there were free food samples around and the garbs hit them all up first sampling yogurt and then egg nog. good to see garbs never loses his love for food. then at my building garbs and i were gonna do a little walkaround in the hood and a woman in my building was telling us about a bunch of local nurses giving vacinations on the downtown east side...sounds good...i guess...but as we were talking her dog had ideas about coming with us for the walk but she was going back upstairs...so we took him. his name is tyson. i have only met this woman once before and now i was talking her dog out...and the first thing he does is unload in on carrall street...nice. he's a strong dog...when he wants to go in a certain direction you've gotta really hang on...
today i'm still getting it all together....a trip to the shop later maybe as well as a trip to bosa foods...
i love you all....nice to be back.
