today was my weekly trek to richmond to cut the dog lawn as i call it. dr. yvonne, the dog and cat doc. had one of her employees give me a frozen burrito - a good organic Annie's black bean burrito, as a treat today when i handed in my bill for the lawn cutting. she was suppose to give me a kiss as well but passed on that. i've only met yvonne once but she seemed very nice and i know now that she is...
on the way back into town i phoned a woman who had called me yesterday night about cutting her grass....she is friends with anothe lawn order client and needed it done asap...so i did it right then. she was happy. he husband seemed scepticall but in the end was very happy. i should have taken a before picture...
then off to bosa for a snack and on to east van and my last lawn for the day. as i was cutting it a guy pulled up and said "hey, i think you missed a spot..." i turned and looked to see who it was and saw that it was brendon, a production manager i/we have worked for before. in fact, we may be doing some re-shoot work with him next week. he's a good guy. even if he is a production manager.
as i was cutting today i decided i wanted a margarita so i'm going to go to topanga with the kids for one...sort if an early birthday drink.
ok...gotta go. rock on.
