i think. i have been taking neo citran every night and trying to get as much sleep as i can. i usually only sleep around 7 hours but have been putting in some long hours lately. even though i was feeling super shitty yesterday, i played hockey at eight rinks and feel none the worse today..maybe even better. had a little topangaroo last night as well which is always good for the body and soul...and then the big sleep in today.
i've got shit to do i should get to it. we're all getting our shit together for our little hockey tourney up at apex-alpine near penticton. we leave thursday and are away for four days playing. it's suppose to be a fun tourney which is what i want at this late stage in my hockey career.
