santa's little helper.

since coming home i have been a busy guy and happy to be so....getting shit done around here, preparing the lawn order element to sell - i got the 'new' element yesterday from the voltage kids who are starting their world wide tour today (starting with a drive to kelowna today...) and helping 'santa' get things sorted out for fiona. i've been receiving lists here and there - somehow he knows my cell number and sends me texts - and i have found myself at wal-mart, toys r us, best buy, home depot, etc...it's good.



i've also been getting rid of and/or delivering toilets, sinks, delivering rugs, bags, getting my haircut - gotta look good for holiday dinners - and later today i'm gonna be putting the new lawn order signage on the new element...exciting.

yesterday i had a nice lunch with debbie, who was/is in town from toronto visiting her parents and other friends. we went to a place over near propellor called...damn...well, they have a big sign out front that says cheese...one side deli, one side restaurant...and while we were having lunch floyd's good friend bud came in - i met bud a few months ago when we all went for lunch - such a nice man...i said hello and met his son, who was having lunch with him.
last night erika and christian treated us all to a very nice dinner - sort of a good-bye dinner - at vig's restaurant. so very nice of them! we - ailsa, the garbs, mishi and the voltage kids - all ate like champs...and we didn't have to talk to vig...always a bonus.

the other day k-win and the queen sent me this pic and i neglected to post it...two fabulous babes!

happy trails to jess and cam who left this morning for idaho for a skiing xmas holiday with their family - be safe! lots of good trucker food along the way i hope.
