bob

last night the bombers actually made crisp, clean passes out of thier/our zone to streaking wingers and made great plays within the offensive zone...and for the second time in two games took no penalties. at all. even the refs are asking what's up.
yesterday morning i took the garbs and his mom to the ferry in tsawwassen so they could go see bob, garbs' dad who had open heart surgery the other day to repair an torn aorta, in the hospital in victoria...bob's a great, if a little insane, fella and we're hoping he comes through this okay and is back to drive us crazy soon enough...
i've, once again, done something to my back - the lower back this time - and am hurtin' for certain. it came on all of a sudden yesterday as i was mowing the lawn in kits...i may have to go to the chrio tomorrow and say "what's up?" i mean, i have shit to do now that i'm off work. i have siding to take of a house in east van, lawns to cut, a car to get back into vancouver from issy's...no time for a sore back. oh, and burritos in santa cruz and inbetween to eat...
sara and i went to george's pizza in kerrisdale the other night. if you want to step back in time to around 1973 and have some full thickness old school dough pizza i say go to george's. i seem to make it there about once every couple years but love it.
my barry mcgee bottle should be arriving this week from NYC, of it better be...also a couple new pairs of new balance runners - which are so much cheaper to buy on line and get shipped to point bon - are making their way to me as well..i love getting new shoes...
ok. i need to get this back moving and a start would be a hot shower so here i go.
bomber hockey tonight may have to be put on hold for me...we'll see how i feel after some waffles at medina...
