last night ailsa told me about a adirondack style chair she saw at the superstore. yup. the superstore. after we had spoken i rode my motorcycle down to marine drive and had a look-see...not a bad chair for the old deck. should sit one suitably drunk pal quite well. and the price was right - the only sad part was i had to go to the store in richmond to get it.
i don't know how many of you are familiar with number three road in richmond, and what it has become - it's not the place or area i used to go to when i was in high school..nope. it's something all together different. much. and while i had a mini-meltdown while i was there, i'm home now and happy with my purchase...
the best chair ever? no...replaces the glider i really wanted? nope..but for now, perfect. come over and sit in it.
i'm afraid my back/neck has taken a turn for the worse as well...i'm hoping that it doesn't result in me going back in time to the problems i had a year and a half ago...because that could be the end of me. it is very sore though. sleeping is a big problem. i've been to the chiro dude twice in the last seven days and will probably be making another visit this week...maybe two.
tomorrow mishi and i are going to bellingham for the day. a meal at casa que pasa will be in order as well and some shopping at trader joe's for some goods for the bbq this saturday. good times.
