this morning we made our way out to green valley to renee's parents place. while renee took are of some stuff indoors, i tried to get a handle on the xmas lights outside...and while in the process of that walked directly into a small cluster of cacti, breaking one of them off with my leg - my bare leg..ouch! i know had a leg full, well maybe not full but you know, of needles...and i'm here to tell ya that doesn't feel so good...not then, and not a little while later either...but in the end the lights are up, the house is sorted and we were outta there.we had decided to go back to food city and get some stuff i wanna take home with me...and while there i had a sonoran hot dog outside the food city...and it was a just a little bit of heaven. i could eat more than a few of those tasty treats. then it was on to lunch - that dog was just a teaser to lunch, at the taco shop...it looks bad, but it's great. i had a spicy hot pulled pork burrito...nice...now i need a nap...
on our way outta the taco shop, i got a call from megan saying the keys to my place weren't working...and that there were metal shaving outside my door...shit. so after some phone calls it turns out my smoke alarm had been going off and they had to get a locksmith to see what the problem was because they have no keys to my place...so there's a bill i'm gonna have to pay once i get back...bummer...and buy a new smoke detector...double bummer....
