muc's back in town for a few days so i went up to brent's and grabbed him so we could roam around aimlessly together...he only really had one request when i asked him what he'd like to do.."i'd really like to go to topanga..." sure, i can make that happen. i know that place.after a quick stop on robson to take care of some banking crap, we decided to headed up to west fourth to have a coffee at 49th parallel coffee - otherwise known as layla's coffee. as we were leaving the bank and driving down robson we ran into mishi and the garbs as they were on their way, again, to play tennis down near lost lagoon. they were happy to see muc - who wouldn't be? - then it was time to get some coffee...and then a little cal-mex at topanga.
afterwards we just kinda roamed around...a little granville street, some main street action, a visit at the warehouse studios with our main man and bomber, bryan gallant and then i dropped him back at brent's...it was good to see muc again. he's just back from spain and leaves again sunday to head back to smithers and resume his radio career.
