it seemed like a year in the making and planning but i finally had lunch with fawn and her good pal - and all-round sassy lady - donna today downtown. we have been trading e.mails for sometime - donna and i - and when we finally ironed it out donna alerted fawn and it was a go. i met donna and her guy - victor? oops, at fawn's on new years eve when megan and i went out there to help she and dave celebrate their first new years eve in their new place...i think i drove donna just crazy enough that she and i have now become pals...she'll learn.
while at our lunch i had the opportunity to take a photo of fawn's engagement ring that dave gave her on valentine's day....good catch that fella.i then came home and because it was shitty out decided to start in on season five of the wire...'he can not be named on the blog' says the fifth season is his least favorite of all of them...so we'll see. we've disagreed before...so i watched a couple and then headed out to get some provisions and run a couple errands...my pal debbie - and the garbs' new best friend - is coming over for a burger tonight so i needed some materials. she's off soon to toronto - for good - to fall in love with a guy she met while working on a film somewhere in eastern europe...go girl.
ok. have fun. i'll be going to bed at a reg. time tonight as i have to be well rested for the hockey tourney tomorrow...all day action.
