the end of another week in the salt mines..and what better way to wrap it all up than with a big old plate of spagetti and meatballs...marcy and i decided, for the second week in a row, to hang out on friday night and let the chips fall where they may - this time instead of the tractor tavern it was nick's spagetti house on commercial drive...good old fashioned italian cooking - nothing fancy (in folks or food..) and i love it...afterwards i was driving home and was talikng to the garbs and he suggested we go to get some ice cream...ok, great idea...after a big plate of pasta a dairy queen sundae is exactly what i needed and wanted...i really need to get the self-control back in line...
