i was asleep with the phone ringing...yup, the couch pulled a fast one on me last night. one second i was watching law and order and the next, i was being woken up by the phone...and it was only 9:25 pm...this gut/flu thing or whatever it is really knocking me out..i still have some of it but i'm hoping by tomorrow it'll be gone or at least less noticeable...after i talked to jojo i headed off to bed and rememeber not much else...
i had rented Match Point but, obviously, never got around to watching it last night but because i went to bed so early i woke up today at 6 am and didn't have to be at work until 9 am so...i plugged in the movie and had a little movie time before i had to go to work..worked out great. is match point a great movie? it's ok...the dude at the video store said it may be the best woody allen movie ever...huh? better than annie hall? better than sweet and lowdown? better than manhattan?...well, you know...it was good...but not that good...
ok..so it's the last day here until the start of shooter....thank god..i need a break from the madness that is the film biz...
yesterday christian from voltage gave me a dvd of dj mixes like too many dj's or such things...man, it's great...but it helped me do something i never thought i'd ever be able to do...fill my hard drive on my computer... i have a 60 gig drive and now i have 3 gigs left...and that was after i threw away some shit...time to move more stuff to the old external hard drive...the rock takes up a lot of space...
