i'm not sure what that means or what she meant by that...i did a party one time in the backroom of the railway club when tended bar there and it was for her new song and video. that song was just on the radio here at the shop as al has the tuner on qmfm..what the fuck? anyhow.
so here's a picture of the new clear Kaws Chum i just received from the toy guy in california. i got a great deal on it, i think, and it'll only go up in value...i hope. i now have two of the five in the set. it's pretty wicked in person. wicked? i'm such a dork.
i've actually got to sell off some toys soon. if only to define the collection better. i have a few doubles i've been holding onto and some i just don't care for that were bought kind of spur of the moment. anyone need a biskup yellow cali or touma GID aniballoon?
cut the first lawn of the new lawn order season after work yesterday. it was great. my van now has the familiar smell of grass inside..it's great. i was hoping to cut a couple of lawns today but the weather has gone the other way again. i have three i need to do in the next day or so...or maybe the weekend although it's suppose to be shit all through the weekend...good times.
tobe called me and told me my coffee table is ready to take away...i'm very excited about this...it's been a long process getting this baby done. i made the frame in 2002 with brad, then it sat inj my loft for a year of so while i decided what kind of top to make for it. then it went down to granville island and larry who let it sit in his shop for a year or so while he sobered up...he had instructions on what i wanted but he was too tipsy to get to it i guess... then tobe and pam came to the rescue. and after some design work on both of our parts it's done. i need to make a plexi box that fits on the inside of it but barry my plexi guy at bronco plastics will be taking care of that part of it and the top glass is already made so....we're good to go. i should be able to put it in my place by the weekend or early next week...nice. good-bye ikea coffee table. hello propellor/big rookie coffee table. nice. pics to follow when it's all done and in place.
