it was a dining sensation here today (roast central) at lunch time...joel made way through his pork in less than two minutes - not unusual for him as nothing lasts very long on his plate - as the the boys - scott, paul, dan and andrew, all enjoyed it as much as if thier mom made had it...it was super tasty and man, i do love the veggies done that way. too bad corie missed out as he's at home battling some sort of stomach virus..get well soon senor tornack...we need you here.ok..have fun.
