this morning we dined at my favorite breakfast joint, Mars, on college street. i love it there so i convinced the kids it was the place to go. afterwards we went for a long walk that included a stop at Rapp - a cool eye glass store, magic pony - a cool toy store where i checked out some cool gary texali art, and to the levi store since i forgot to pack some pants for the trip....actually, i did bring some but they have blown out knees and other nicely placed holes so they're no good to me here. and it's not super cold but the wind is a killer.
tonight we're gonna dine on mexican grub and maybe go to the el mocombo to see a band or something...who knows...
right now it's a little relax and then maybe a trip to the airport to pick up dave fortune...
