yesterday at jj bean i was sitting having a coffee with julia and suggested, because we had spoken of it before, going for a crusie in larry...she had chances before but it didn't work out...so last night we went for some food and a cruise in larry that included visiting the new easy wash car wash in north vancouver.
the easy wash has been being built for at least three years. always 'coming soon'. we all thought it was doomed. they were always looking for investors, people to help them finish it, etc.
well, i have to say, i give the easy wash a full thumbs up. it's a 'no-touch' car wash, meaning there's no harsh brushes and rollers but instead a wand sprays cleaning shit and water onto your car. and it works very well...i enjoyed it. julia gives it a full thumbs up as well...
beforehand we had dinner at lolita's on davie street. i/we (me, corie and the network) had tried to go therebefore but it was too busy...it's so small a few people there makes it too busy...it's a mexican joint serving more traditional style mexican. i give it a full thumbs up as well...try it, you'll like it...but stay away on the weekend i'd say...
my last day on this film is tomorrow, apparently...i just found this out moments ago...the next one starts next week so...
good times...
