..actually pork, which is kinda the same but different, like ham...same animal, different stuff...tonight is the night i attempt my first pork roast. nice. i'm excited. about pork. and cookin' it.
i'll let ya know how it goes...i have a few take-out menus here just in case but i have faith it's gonna rock.
yesterday i walked down to granville island and picked out a pork roast, popped it in my bag then made my way to choices, grabbed some parsnips, carrots, beets, and some other goodies and i'm ready to rock...for real.
ok...time to get to it...
