today is richard, my upstairs neighbour here, birthday... not only good lookin' an all-around nice guy. he's passed from his sixties successfully into his seventies! good work little camper! you're my favorite neighbours - you and pattie - in all of mexico. (sorry for the slightly blurry pic above....he's still damn cute!)
