well...i have to say it all turned out pretty well...thanks to some decent timing on the food front, great suggestions from floyd on prep. and great company, it was a great pork fiesta with ang, shauna and emilie. oh, that and great pie that ang and shauna brought for desert...good times...thanks to you guys for trying my first crack at pork roast...
