sure. it's a crappy blurry shot...(i was excited...) but look at that goodness...carrots, beets, parsnips...oh...
this is going pretty well...rubbed-in some goodness and cut-up some veggies and i think i'm ready to throw this baby in the oven for some lovin'...i got some cooking advice from floyd and am going with it...a simple is better approach that i agree with.
soon my place will be smelling like roast which is just slightly better than toast...
