muc saw 'the goodness' that was cam and jess's meal on the road (the great carne asada number...) and thought we/i should see the goodness smithers style...i'm not sure what it is but i think it may be trout cooked-up smithers style..nice...
i love that guy! and he obviously knows how to cook a piece of fish...
