well, it's roast thursday and with the help of marcy - she sent me a great recipe for a rub to put on the meat - we had a great bison-fest today...three nice bison roasts all prepared with the rub and then cooked along side the mushrooms and garlic and it was pretty fuckin' good, i must say....we also had the yam/potato mash, carrots and beets...i think it was a success. afterwards a nice cappucino at the ethical bean made the meal complete...good times, good thursday...g. xo
